How to report an error and how SleepPrism documents material corrections.

Report a concern
Please send the page URL, the statement or behavior you believe is wrong, and a reliable supporting source to hello@sleepprism.com. Do not include private health information.
What happens next
We assess safety impact, reproduce technical issues, review the cited evidence, and assign an owner. A potentially harmful error may be removed or qualified before the full review is complete.
How corrections appear
Material corrections include the date and a concise explanation of what changed. Typographical changes that do not alter meaning may be fixed without a public note.
No retaliation or paid removal
Good-faith corrections are welcomed. We do not charge to correct an error and commercial relationships do not prevent a correction.
