How SleepPrism minimizes data and protects information used by its planning tools.

Current calculator data
The time and settings you enter are processed in your browser in the current version. SleepPrism does not require an account and does not intentionally send the entered time, age, symptoms, or calculated result to an analytics profile.
Technical records
Hosting providers may process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, timestamps, and security events. Access and retention should be limited to operational needs.
Analytics and advertising
The current release does not activate advertising. Before adding non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy, identify providers and purposes, and provide consent or opt-out controls where required.
Children
SleepPrism is a general-audience service and is not directed to children. We do not offer child accounts or knowingly build profiles about children.
Your choices
Where privacy law applies, you may ask about access, correction, deletion, or objection by contacting hello@sleepprism.com. Do not send health details with your request.
International use
The site is intended for an international audience. Provider locations and transfer safeguards will be documented before any non-essential data vendor is enabled.
