Trust and transparency

Editorial policy

The standards SleepPrism uses for useful, sourced, independent health-adjacent content.

Last reviewed: August 11, 2026

People first

Content must help a person complete a real task or understand a result. We do not publish pages merely to repeat a keyword or create artificial search coverage.

Evidence and claims

Health-related statements require an appropriate source. Clinical claims require qualified independent review. We distinguish a planning estimate from a measurement, prediction, recommendation, or diagnosis.

Authorship and review

Each substantive page should identify its author or responsible editorial team, reviewer when required, publication date, and latest review date. Reviewer credentials and scope must be described accurately.

Commercial independence

Advertising and affiliate relationships are disclosed. They do not change formulas, source selection, safety language, or editorial conclusions.

Updates

High-risk content is reviewed when authoritative guidance changes and on a scheduled cycle. Material corrections are recorded under our corrections policy.
